- Garden Pilaf or Gluten Free Garden Pilaf, prepared as directed
- 1 can or 2 cups Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup Roasted Red Peppers, diced
- 1/8 cup Black Olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped
- 1/8 cup Parsley, chopped
- 4 oz Feta Cheese, crumbled
- Olive Oil
- In large bowl, combine first six ingredients.
- Drizzle with olive oil and top with feta cheese.
- Chill until ready to serve.
