These bowls are the perfect make ahead lunch, but they are also a really great dinner!


  • 1 package Garden Pilaf or Gluten Free Garden Pilaf, cooked as directed and cooled
  • 1 sweet potato, roasted
  • 1 package organic edamame, shelled
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1/8 red cabbage, shredded
  • Sesame Oil


  1. Divide the Garden Pilaf into 3 containers.
  2. Divide remaining ingredients and place on top of Garden Pilaf.
  3. Drizzle with sesame oil.
  4. Enjoy!
