Ingredients: organic millet, organic quinoa, red beans, carrots, onions, bell peppers, garlic, smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper, spices, crushed red pepper.


Allergen Info: Produced on dedicated equipment in a facility that also processes wheat.

Directions: Bring 3.5 cups of broth to a boil. Add contents of package and reduce heat. Simmer for 25 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
