  • 1 package Salt-Free Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 medium onion sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 4 portobello mushroom caps, sliced
  • Your favorite toppings
  • Flour or corn tortillas



  1. Saute onions and bell pepper for 2 minutes or until onion is translucent.
  2. Add mushrooms and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Saute veggies together for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add Salt-Free Taco Seasoning and 1/8 cup of water. Stir well.
  5. Saute until all liquid is absorbed.
  6. Fill flour or corn tortillas with mushroom mixture and top with your favorite toppings.
