- 1 package Salt-Free Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 medium onion sliced
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 4 portobello mushroom caps, sliced
- Your favorite toppings
- Flour or corn tortillas
- Saute onions and bell pepper for 2 minutes or until onion is translucent.
- Add mushrooms and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Saute veggies together for 2-3 minutes.
- Add Salt-Free Taco Seasoning and 1/8 cup of water. Stir well.
- Saute until all liquid is absorbed.
- Fill flour or corn tortillas with mushroom mixture and top with your favorite toppings.
